Ram is more important then an SSD because your computer wont work without Ram.
but if you want to upgrade your ram or add an ssd it depends on the specs and what you are going to be doing.
If you are going to be video editing and rendering stuff you should get more ram.
if you want you data to load faster get an SSD..
